The ideal candidate will have experience designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications and will be able to create designs that are both visually appealing and highly functional. The Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for collaborating with product teams to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating smart, effective, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences. A team member who is passionate, results-oriented, and a strong conceptual thinker. Someone skilled at communicating tactical and strategic design choices and recommendations to clients and internal teams. What you’ll do:Own overall end-to-end user experience - from the big picture (owning the overall user experience and consistency across an entire product) down to specifics of UI layout for a feature or service flowDesign and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications.Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to test usability.Develop user interface specifications and standards.Analyze user feedback and identify areas of improvement.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency.Stay up to date on the latest trends in user interface design.Develop and maintain style guides and design systems. Skills & Qualifications: 7 years of professional UX experienceExperience mentoring/managing a team Proven experience designing interfaces, including enterprise-level, consumer-facing digital experiences Bachelor's degree in graphic design, computer science, information technology or a related fieldStrong experience with Adobe XD and full Adobe Creative Cloud platform; Figma experience a plus Track record of articulating UX/UI methodologies with internal and external clients Working knowledge of interaction design frameworks such as Material Design, Bootstrap, Fiori, etc. Solid but basic understanding of CSS/HTML and other front-end technologies Experience adapting and working effectively in an ambiguous environment Ability to work with global teams across time zones as needed Pay & Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000-$130,000. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package.
